Companion Assistance Package

We understand that medical appointments can sometimes be an overwhelming experience for clients. We are here to help you! We can attend your appointment with you to act as an advocate or support professional.

This package is available for an additional $50.00 per hour in addition to the door to door service and mileage rates. Please let us know if you would prefer this package when booking your ride.

For trips greater than 50 miles one way, please call for pricing.

Cancellation Fee

On scene cancellation fee: $125.00

Same day cancellation fee: $75.00

The per loaded mile rate detailed above is relative if the average cost of regular unleaded fuel remains under $4.00 per gallon. If unleaded fuel exceeds $4.00 per gallon for 2 or more days during a calendar week for the state of Ohio as indicated by AAA on this website: https://gasprices.aaa.com/?state=OH, then the rates will increase by $.50 per loaded mile.
